Well....Book Club was a bust!!  No one showed.    I guess this isn't going to be a successful way to have a bookclub.  But- I tried!!  Oh, well!!  I hope everyone who did read the book with me enjoyed it!!

 

I'm sorry about the book club. I'm still on the waiting list at our library. At 8:00, I was scrubbing the kitchen and trying to convince myself that someone would buy all these cloth napkins I've been making to sell on Etsy. I sometimes have moments where I have NO confidence at all. I was having one of those moments. The truth is that I've worked my hind end off on those things in hopes that I can stop taking a loss on the site. How does Pioneer Woman do it? Her site makes tons-o-money. I don't want to make money on the site -- I just want to break even!

Anyway, I'm off to bed. Josh was off from work all weekend so I barely had time to post anything on the site and no time to visit all of my friends!!

Why don't you email Pioneer Woman and ask her how she does it?? Most women are really open to sharing business ideas with each other!
I hear you- I have those "no confidence" moments all the time.. and I hate it b/c I am going to be 37 this year and I SHOULD have more confidence- or at least stop worrying about what people might think, or whatever the heck it is that is stopping me!!! Let's be BRAVE, Lacy!!!
Don't worry about the book club- it was a fun idea... but they don't always pan out!

I completely forgot about it to be honest. My life's been so hectic lately I don't seem to have much time to stop and breathe! lol
